Job Description
We are looking for individuals experienced with website design and/or graphic design to design, maintain, and update our company’s website. You will set up the layout of the website with all the text and images used. We are looking to keep the sleek design of our website, but you have creative freedom otherwise. No experience with programming is necessary as you only are in charge of the design. Your job includes keeping track of website analytics.
Job Responsibilities
- Meet with Manager of Communications to receive updates on what new information to display on the website
- Use Figma to layout the the website in a sleek and consistent style
- Use Figma to prototype the website with adequate animations and interactivity
- Keep track of website analytics and present to CEO once a month
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience with Figma OR 2+ years of experience with Canva
- 2+ years of experience with graphic and/or website design
- Comfortable with Google applications such as Google Slides and Google Sheets
- Beginner knowledge of website analytics
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior professional experience with website prototyping on Figma
- 1+ years of project experience with website design for personal or industry use
Custom Plant Designer
Job Description
We are looking for individuals experienced with product design to design custom house plants based on customer requests. You will work with a team of designers to produce a design that satisfies the customer’s desired color scheme, aura, and pot style. You will meet with the customer and revise the design as requested, then send the design to our manufacturers for development and installation.
Job Responsibilities
- Attend Design Team meetings with customers and note their requests on what the design should look like.
- Use Canva to draft plant designs
- Create Computer Aided Designs (CADs) of the product to send to our manufacturers
- Write reports on finalized designs and present to CEO
- Work with Design Team to revise designs according to customer
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience with product design and/or CADs
- 1+ years of project experience with textiles and color scheming
- Comfortable with Google applications such as Google Slides and Google Sheets
- Excellent sense of creativity and design
- Excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of project experience with creating CADs of house plants or similar products
- 2+ years of project experience studying color theory
Interior Design Intern
Job Description
We are looking for individuals to join our Design Team and create collections of house plants that best fit a customer’s room environment. You should have a keen sense of design and a good eye for suitable styles, colors, and auras. Your job includes categorizing our plant designs, as well as creating CADs of customer rooms.
Job Responsibilities
- Use Google Sheets to categorize our plant designs based on various properties
- Attend Design Team meetings with customers and analyze the presented room
- Create Computer Aided Designs (CADs) of customer rooms
- Create draft collections of house plants that best fit the customer’s room according to their desires
- Work with Design Team to revise designs according to customer
- Write reports on finalized designs and present to CEO

- 1+ years of project experience with textiles and color scheming

Communications Coordinator
Job Description
We are looking for individuals with excellent communication skills to facilitate communication between customers and our Design Teams. Your job includes requesting periodic updates from each party, as well as hosting effective meetings with both parties. You must be able to develop a strong understanding of our plant development process and explain that to our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and attend Design Team meetings with customers
- Explain our plant development process to customers and present a step-by-step model
- Request periodic reports from customers and Design Team
- Write finalized reports for each customer and present to CEO
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with online meeting applications such as Zoom
- Comfortable with Google applications such as Google Slides and Google Sheets
- 1+ years of professional experience in consulting
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience in a communications position
- Fluency in English and another language
- 1+ years of professional experience in interior design consulting
